In 2014/15 we undertook a complete rebuild/renovation on our property at xxxxx, Glendowie.  It was a major!

After "interviewing" 3 builders we chose Cary Gleeson and his team.

Throughout the process Cary was clear with expectations and met us every week onsite for a debrief on the weeks progress.  The team and Cary offered practical advice along the way which meant a far greater use of space and functionality.

They remained on budget and Cary was prompt with invoicing and clear on what all the costs were providing complete transparency when clarification was required.

The team were amazing. They were at all time punctual, polite and according to our neighbours never stopped!!!

Their work ethic and attention to detail was superior and at times when we became frustrated with the process they reassured us that it would all be worth the wait. Cary and the team are still our go-to for handyman jobs on our home!!

Their subcontractors were also similar in workmanship.

We now have a delightful home that is everything and more than was imagined.

I rung Cary one night shortly after in Winter when the rain was pouring down and thanked him for creating a home that felt so solid, warm and cosy!
